Termination Request Confirmation Email Notification

We have updated and improved our process for managing patient terminations.
If we hear from a patient that they would like to discontinue their membership, we will now send a ‘Termination Request Confirmation Email‘ to the patient and a copy to the physician and practice staff before processing the termination. 
This will provide a proactive notification for your reference, and in case the physician or practice staff would like to assist with trying to retain the patient.
